Top-up fees money 'is not enough'

BBC NEWS | Education | Top-up fees money 'is not enough':

"Vice-chancellors in England and Northern Ireland have asked for £8.7bn in the government's spending review covering the three years to 2008. "

OK, 3 years ago universities asked for £9.9 bn in funding. This prompted the Gov to bring in top-up fees, to cover this funding request. Well, it's worked! This year they're only asking for £8.7 bn!!!!1!!

Fantastic work Tony. We love you!!
